(comparing Dr Huxtable to another photo of him later in life, I believe Dr Huxtable is 3rd from right, not 4th)

Among the nurses, hospital dispenser Mr J Fraser, whose wife was hospital matron. The head nurse, Mrs England, stands behind and between Dr Huxtable and Mr Millican.
